Tech Diversity, Inclusion & Accessibility Q&A, Southeast Asian Realities & Organisational Transformation - E216

Jeremy Au on tech diversity, inclusion and accessibility, the Southeast Asian realities, and what organisational transformation requires.

"When you're speaking about localizing diversity and inclusion, I think it's really important to be mindful of where a country or an industry is in terms of their maturity across that journey, because it's always a very difficult topic to navigate. And I think we need to be aware, not to push to get everyone at the same level too fast. And this is something that I've seen a lot of conversations with companies across the globe, is that if you push too fast, you want everyone to get to one level of understanding and priorities. A lot of companies or countries might just drop out. So we're not ready. We're not culturally, socially, politically, organisationally, we're not there yet. So we're just not going to proceed." - Jeremy Au

In this episode, Jeremy Au speaks on tech diversity, inclusion and accessibility, the Southeast Asian realities, and what organisational transformation requires.
