As a founder you look at it and you're like I built all this stuff, but I can't afford it anymore. Now I have to sell it and it's very disheartening that process of downsizing and it also haemorrhaging talent as well because some people just they don't see any path going forward and you make some really great friends and colleagues, but some of them just have to jump ship because they have to lighten the load and you have to move some of them as well.
