"It was very different actually from one consulting firm to the other one, because Accenture is more, project management, a lot more structured, a lot more process driven and methodical. I think Bain as a consulting firm has quite a heavy private equity due diligence mindset as well. I had to relearn a lot of the things about when you look at value, where do you focus? Estimating how much the value is and how to really quantify what is likely to come out of doing certain initiatives. What I learned in Bain really, really, really helped in entrepreneurship, where you need to make a decision almost on a weekly, monthly basis what to focus on and what not to focus on." - Jes Min Lua
