"There's hyper relevance. if you try to be everything to everyone, then you are nothing to no one. So, we do really focus right now on kind of your director level, your women in their mid thirties, early forties. That's sort of our core customer and that level of experience and relevance. That's something I really see us as being vetted rather than sort of exclusive. It's not excluding people for the sake of it. It's really how every person we bring into the community can contribute as much as they can receive. That's really key.
