"What we did was that we kept a very open mind. We did know that this was the way that work was going, that work was becoming global. So, if your company is at the 200–300 people level, you should have an IT manager, especially if your teams are in-house. This means that while the IT person may be based here in Singapore, he has team members in the Philippines, Thailand, and Australia.
